Prior to starting Lee Commercial Real Estate, LLC , Lee was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Sperry Van Ness / R.M. Moore, LLC. Lee also accumulated over twenty years of commercial real estate lending and analysis experience throughout East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Some of the key positions have included serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Regions Bank in Knoxville, TN, and working with Regions Bank’s Capital Markets Group to identify the best financing options for customers. He also held the positions of Vice President Regional Manager for Wachovia Bank and Vice President of Business Banking and Professional & Executive Lending for Bank of America in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. His lending transactions have included retail development, restaurants, office buildings, manufacturing, storage facilities, and residential and commercial subdivisions.
